This book is an amazing document of an amazing project. The plight of children affected by war and conflict is something rarely focused on my the media. What the Skateistan Team has been able to do for kids in Afghanistan is worthy of the entire world witnessing as a model of change and hope. This book does a beautiful job of not just getting that message across but in a visual way that is inspiring and worth your money. If you want to brighten someone's day, give them this book.
